Return Policy

1. General Information

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders, clearance items, Sale offers, Promotions and electronic parts, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any item that is non-returnable will be mentioned on their product page

2. Return Process

• Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@alfaautoparts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Process: If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are treated as separate transactions.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• Claims: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
